Happy Monday! Alright, I know I fell behind last week on getting up this workout doodle, but I had good reason! I had emergency dental surgery on Friday and that threw everything out the window basically. Mouth pain is the worst and it puts you in such a funk! Either way, I’m still healing and it still hurts but just trucking along is basically all I can do right now! Pain meds and antibiotics is all I’m relying on with a lot of soft food. HA.
Nonetheless, let’s kick off the week with the doodle that was supposed to happen on Friday! The next doodle in the workout series for this month, is the kettlebell!
