It’s January and so it’s time to kick those booties into gear! Don’t have a resolution to lose weight? That’s ok…it’s still pretty important to move your body nonetheless whether you have a new goal for 2020 or not. And it’s definitely something I’m working on for myself this year. I’ve seen some family members who are struggling simply because they are choosing to live sedentary lives, and it’s very apparent the toll it’s taking on their lives. And it’s pushed me quite a bit to change so that I can be the absolute best and healthiest for myself and my family. If I’m not well, I can’t take care of them. Read it again if you have to, because it’s the absolute truth. You cannot pour from an empty cup. Even if it’s just a few times a week, you can do it. Yes, I’m going to become one of those people y’all. I want to motivate others to be their best selves and I will not promote that it’s ok to not move your body. It’s SO VERY IMPORTANT.
So to kick it off, I’m sharing some workout doodles this month so you can create little doodles in your planners or maybe keep a tracker for every time you move!
