Hidden Veggie Snacks for The Picky Toddler!

Garden Lites Blueberry Oat Muffins

Raising two toddlers who probably say the word “snack” about 50 times a day can get quite exhausting! Not to mention, you run out of options really quickly from a healthy standpoint. They only want to eat so much fruit before they start asking for fruit snacks. *sigh*

I mean, look at this ball of energy! Keeping healthy, fun snacks in my arsenal can be tricky for my little munchkins…. UNTIL, I found these awesome snacks that are packed with veggies! They are dairy free, gluten free, nut-free, allergy-friendly, and there are so many options out there to sneak those pesky veggies into those tiny tummies! Made purely of clean and simple ingredients, with veggies being the first two ingredients! Talk about a serious win!!

Also, my babies are constantly on the move, and the fact that these heated up in the microwave within seconds, makes it the perfect opportunity to hand them something quick!

I also love having this as a great option for dessert!  Hell yes you can eat a brownie if it’s made with zucchini, carrots, and more!! HA. #winning

Baby brother could barely resist to get his hands on these brownies!!

These awesome muffins and brownies are readily available at multiple grocery stores like HEB, Costco, and Kroger (and much more!). I found them in the frozen aisle, where all the gluten free items are located!

And here’s the important part: They actually taste good!! My kids gobbled up both the muffins and the brownies within minutes, with wanting second and third helpings! I tried them myself, and was truly impressed with how awesome they taste! The veggies are definitely hidden given that I couldn’t taste them at all!

Give these goodies a try!! I promise your kids will devour them!! Oh and there’s a coupon too!!

Pin for later to add to your grocery list! You’re going to want to pack these in their lunches for sure!! #coolmom
