Yoga. It’s not something I’m great at or do consistently, but whenever I practice yoga, it always leaves me feeling so good and wanting more. I always tell myself that I’ll do it, and then then that time thief and just plain ol’ life comes along and it falls on the back burner yet again. Sigh. I’m getting better…slowly I’ll admit, but nonetheless I’m at least headed in the positive direction! And that definitely counts for something, am I right?
Today, I’m drawing 3 different yoga poses so you can add these into your journal/planner/notebook to maybe remind yourself to practice a bit of yoga later. No idea how or where to start? I highly recommend Yoga with Adriene. (https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene) She’s super easy to follow and has videos on all skill levels, and also all time lengths just in case all you have is 10 minutes.
