Sleep. Couldn’t we all use more of it? I know research says we should be getting at least 7-8 hours a night, which I’ve been trying really hard to do! It does mean an earlier bedtime than what I was used to, but as it turns out, I kinda love it! Been getting in bed around 9:30 PM and I read for about 15-20 minutes, and then go to sleep! Allows me to wake up between 5-5:30 AM, and be able to go all day without getting super tired! Amazing the things that happen when you actually do things that are good for you. HA.
With that said, while this isn’t technically a “workout” doodle, I feel as it’s just as necessary and of utmost importance to your health. Does so much for your mental health, skin, and all the good things for your body! So, I’m bringing to you a bed doodle!
