HI HI friends!!!!!! It’s been a minute since I’ve been able to get on here and write a blog post! Summer has been fun, and exhausting. 
It took some time to recover from our two vacations, so that we could get ready for school starting! So hard to get back into the groove of things when you’ve been sort of disconnected to spend time with loved ones. But, nonetheless, here we are! Approaching rapidly to the end of August, and all the fall craziness that’s about to begin! I already see fall decor popping up in stores!!

Anyway, I wanted to share a review today with you guys about my new toothbrush! The Smile Brilliant cariPRO electric toothbrush. I know that you’re probably thinking that I’ve lost my marbles if I’m on here talking about a toothbrush and my dental hygiene, but this thing is AMAZING. Honestly, it’s been a little life-changing which is exactly I wanted to share with my people.
A little bit about my teeth…I don’t have fantastic teeth unfortunately. Genetically, I didn’t get lucky and it got much worse when I got pregnant with both my babies. If you don’t know, my dentist and my OB-GYN had mentioned to me that pregnancy can alter your gum/teeth health! YIKES!! 
So after having back to back babies, I knew I had to make a plan to get my teeth into shape! I see a dentist more regularly than the average person, and make sure I have all the right tools at home for excellent gum/teeth care. I don’t joke about flossing, and I’m pretty focused on my daily dental routine. I’ve used plenty of toothbrushes out there (read: A LOT!!), and this one is my favorite thus far. Not even joking guys. Just take a look at all the modes that you get with using this one tool!
Each mode is designed to operate for about two minutes, with pauses between each 30 second burst. At the end of every burst, you move your brushing to a different quadrant of the mouth. Do this twice daily, and I promise you will notice a difference! I can already see and feel such a big change after using for a couple months! The whiten mode is amazing for getting stains off your teeth! If you have sensitive gums, you will also love
If you’re worried about charging, don’t be! At full charge, the toothbrush can be used for 30 cycles! And if you need the charging base while you travel abroad, it is designed with worldwide voltage. #yay It’s also waterproof so you can use it in the shower or bath if that’s where you normally brush your teeth!
