It’s that time of year in Texas where you’ll see people randomly stop on the side of the road and start snapping pics of these beautiful wildflowers called Bluebonnets. They are our state flower, and look like a giant blue carpet when you see them in fields! Nonetheless, it’s definitely a tradition to take pictures of your children in the midst of these beauties which is exactly what I did!
My parents used to do it us and I’ll be damned if I don’t do the same with my little ones!
My little loves. It’s nearly impossible to get pictures of a two year old and a 10 month old to cooperate and look my direction, at the same time, both smiling. I tried but could only get candid which kinda worked out perfectly!
If you live in Texas, do you take these pictures as well? If you’re not from around here, do you have a tradition of pictures for the year besides the obvious fall and christmas ones?!
Love,
